Four houses on a windy sea frontage site in Grand Bay continues the practice’s research into the design of keeping privacy.  By keeping the development single storey one can avoid overlooking views over the neighbour’s wall.  Bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces open on protected courtyards to encourage external living and resolve the issue of wind.
