Hardy Henry intended to move from their premises in their refurbished building (see Refurbishment and Extensions) to new premises on the outskirts of Port Louis.

The proposal was not designed as a typical office planned in a single building, but instead as a series of separate smaller buildings. The scale was kept domestic and the design intent was to make the staff feel at home in a low density village environment in contact with nature.
