The site is situated at St. Jean at the centre of the island and occupies a strategic position at a major motorway junction. Several master plans were prepared for different apartment types. The first proposals were 18 and 20 storey towers with over ground parking. Later proposals were 5 storey buildings with swimming pools and underground parking combined with a shopping mall and business hotel.
