The office of Jean Francois Koenig Architect is named Le Ruisseau Rose and is connected to the house. Large cantilevered overhangs protect the office from sun and rain. The concrete roofs are waterproofed by dark grey cement tiles which accept its weathering and change of colour due from mould growth. The building weathers naturally to a dark grey colour and remains maintenance free.
The office has large windows providing generous natural light. The floor is yellow and the design ensures that work is performed in an environment in contact with nature.
