A single storey courtyard house in dense suburbia maintains privacy.  Instead of looking out, the house looks in. Small span pitched roofs and colonnaded external covered walkways line the courtyard and continue the practice’s investigations in the traditional architecture of Mauritius. The house was built on a low budget.
